Wedibox started in 2022 because a wedding photographer noticed something everyone else missed. While couples posed for portraits, their guests were capturing the real moments. Candid laughs. Dance floor chaos. The tears nobody saw coming. And those photos? They disappeared into camera rolls, never to be seen again.
That photographer was me. I'm the guy who built Wedibox from my bedroom at my parents' house in Sacramento, then ran it from a one-bedroom apartment for two years while wearing every hat a startup requires.

I was shooting a wedding and watching guests have the time of their lives during cocktail hour. They were taking dozens of photos while the couple was off doing their photo session. Later that night, I realized those candid moments would probably never make it back to the couple.
Today, couples use Wedibox for everything their wedding needs in one place:
Guest photo and video uploads that actually happen instead of getting forgotten. RSVPs that don't require spreadsheets or detective work. Digital guestbooks that collect real stories instead of just signatures. Audio messages that capture voices you'll want to hear twenty years from now. Seating charts guests can find without crowding around a poster board. Registry links that don't get buried in group chats.
One wedding QR code. One platform. Everything organized.
In just two years, Wedibox has joined over 100,000 weddings worldwide, preserving more than 20 million memories. We’ve been featured in The Knot, Hitched, and Wedding Chicks — but our proudest moments are the smiles we help couples relive.

Most wedding websites share information. Wedibox collects memories.
We're not interested in being another template builder that couples use once and abandon. We're building a platform that stores what matters and keeps it accessible forever.
Lifetime access to your memories. Not a subscription that expires. Not a trial period that ends. Forever.

Whether you're planning a backyard ceremony or a three-day destination wedding, Wedibox works for couples, wedding planners, and families coordinating together.
Guests scan your wedding QR code to upload photos, videos, and messages, whether they're 25 or 75, tech-savvy or not. Friends and family can gift Wedibox or help manage it as co-organizers.
